Matching Sensors£º
The sensitive components of temperature sensor are silicon semiconductor and platinum resistance. Protective materials are stainless steel, copper, nickel and glass etc. Please use the special shielding material to protect the sensor when you want to measure the temperature of strong acid and alkaline matters. The familiar forms are as follows:

¡¡¡¡JM10£¬Rod with handle sensor(1). For inserting into the gas, the liquid and the solid crevice, such as steam, various fluid (including melting tin, aluminum, zinc, and etc.), soft and granulated solid, like grain, threaded tobacco, paper, soil, unsolidified concrete, and asphalt etc.

¡¡¡¡JM20£¬Short columnar sensor(2), For throwing or planting into the deep place of the gas, the liquid and the solid, also for installing in the measured gap or pasting on the wall of containers.

  JM262 temperature controller can be used for temperature monitoring, single and double limits temperature autocontrol, and temperature switch etc.
  JM262 is simple switch control mode, when it is used for thermostatic control, the temperature will undulate; thermostatic effect not only depends on the performance of temperature controller, but also has something to do with the heating or refrigeration devices and thermal property of the controlled system.
  JM262 Generally speaking, if you want to get a constant temperature or temperature area, the heat capacity of heating or refrigeration device is smaller, the one that of corresponded heating and cooling system is bigger£»the difference between operation temperature and the control temperature is smaller, the undulation of temperature is smaller. For example, heating water with electric heater which is controlled by JM262 under the situation of mixing round, you will get the thermostatic effect of undulation ¡Ü 0.2¡æ.
  JM262 If what you want to control is a stable temperature range, then you can realize it through high-low limit control. In common refrigeration control, because of refrigerator can not be started or stopped frequently, also the low temperature ambient is mostly a temperature area, not requested strictly to be a constant temperature, such as: cold storage, cold wind storage, various refrigerators, water organism cultivations boxes, and cryogenic artificial ambient etc, so JM262 can realize this kind of temperature control well.
  JM262 is convenient to use. First to connect the lead of sensor or insert the plug of sensor in the backboard according to the position that marked, and then fix the sensor, keep the sensitive part of sensor has good thermocontact with the object that will be controlled, and reduce the influence of ambient temperature as far as possible. After that, according to the demands to string the switch on or switch out contact into the power circuit of controlled equipment (do not exceed the allowed power), connect the power line of controller, check the connection of each part without any error, then press the switch of power supply, you will see the temperature manifestation. Afterwards, move the selection switch to the set point position, here the digital manifestation is set point value, adjust the set point potentiometer to make the temperature equal to the alarm temperature or the temperature that will be controlled, and then move the selection switch again to the position that controlled, the instrument will display the measured temperature and enter in a state of autocontrol.
  JM262 is panel meter. Please push over instrument after making a hole on the panel according to the size that marked while installing.

  Please use the shielding line which must be put to earth effectively to connect the sensor and instrument while doing long-distance measurement.
  Keep away from the strong electromagnetic field as far as possible while installing instrument.
  The calibration of instrument must use standard thermometer and proprietary equipments. A simple examination method is to fill a big vacuum flask with flake ice, add water to 2/3 position, wait 10 minutes after mixing round, then insert the sensor carefully£¬Its figure should be within the area of 0¡æ¡À admission error after the thermometer displays stably; And then insert the sensor into boiling water, here its figure should be within the area of 100¡æ¡À admission error under the environment of one atmospheric pressure.
